With her dynamic presence and unwavering commitment to making a difference, Ruth Wheat continues to touch the hearts of women across various settings, leaving a lasting impact that resonates long after her words have been spoken.
In 1994, Ruth Wheat received a divine calling to uplift and encourage women, a mission she embraced wholeheartedly throughout her career as a corporate executive. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by women in the professional world, Ruth dedicated herself to supporting and empowering her female colleagues, helping them thrive in their careers and beyond.
Upon retiring in 2020, Ruth sensed a deeper calling from God to continue serving women in her retirement. She partnered with her dear friend Belinda Hamilton to establish a ministry that provides resources for Women's Ministries called "Pack Your Purse Ministries" www.packyourpurseministries in 2024. Through this venture, Ruth and Belinda offer comprehensive retreat planning services and faith-based materials designed to facilitate transformative experiences for women seeking spiritual growth and renewal.
In 2024, Ruth further solidified her commitment to empowering women with the release of her book, "Giddy Up Estelle!! We've gotta lot of living to do!" This inspirational work encourages women to embrace the richness of life in their 60's and beyond, challenging them to live boldly, pursue their passions, and make the most of every moment.
